Joshua A. Rieger, Esq.

Joshua A. Rieger advocates for victims in personal injury and wrongful death cases, involving motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip-and-falls, premises liability, medical malpractice, and neglect at nursing homes or assisted living facilities. He is admitted to practice in Florida’s state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Joshua grew up in South Florida and received his bachelor’s degree and law degree from the University of Florida. While in law school, Joshua served as a senior editor of the Florida Law Review, research assistant to Dean Emeritus Jon L. Mills and Professor Amy L. Stein, and intern to the Honorable James M. Hopkins at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Joshua is a proud husband and father of two. He enjoys playing sports and watching movies with family and friends and studying U.S. Civil War and Reconstruction history.
